GIFT GUIDE: FOR THE FITNESS FANATIC

Today’s gift guide is for the fitness fanatic in your life! There are many different types of fitness fanatics, from the runner to the Crossfit junkie to the yogi – so I tried to incorporate ideas that would appeal to a wide range of audiences who are passionate about fitness. Anyone who knows me knows that I am certainly *not* a fitness fanatic, so a big thank you goes out to my fitness-loving friends who contributed to this gift guide. If you know someone who loves nothing more than a good workout and considers fitness to be a top priority, check out the gift guide below for my gift ideas for the fitness fanatic!

Gift Ideas for the Fitness Fanatic

Massage Gun – $40

This deep tissue massage gun effectively relieves muscle fatigue and pain, promotes blood circulation, and relieves lactic acid. It even comes with 10 different massage heads!

Apple Airpods Pro – $190

I don’t know anyone who works out without music – to me, headphones are the most crucial part of exercising. If you’re looking to splurge on your favorite fitness fanatic, ensure their headphones are the best of the best by gifting them some Apple Airpods!

Foldable Yoga Mat – $20

For the one whose preferred method of exercise is yoga, gift them a foldable yoga mat! This one easily folds into a 10 inch by 12 inch rectangle, making it perfect for small space living or travel.

Owala Water Bottle – $28

I could write seventeen paragraphs about how obsessed I am with this water bottle, but I’ll keep it brief. My best friend aka my personal influencer convinced me to buy this water bottle last summer, and it’s hands down the best water bottle I’ve ever owned. It’s completely leakproof, but the true genius of the design is in the lid – it has a straw for easy sipping *and* a wide mouth for when you need hydration more quickly. The little piece that secures the top also acts as a handle, so it’s super convenient for carrying around – I bring mine pretty much everywhere with me!

Kizik Hands-Free Sneakers – $109

Even if they have ten pairs of sneakers, they probably don’t have a pair like these! Kizik sneakers are designed to be hands-free, and I can confirm that it’s not too good to be true. The key is the foam sole – it brings substantial rebound to the sneaker so it can be easily slipped on with no hands!

Walking Pad – $320

The perfect splurge for the friend who loves fitness but works from home! Walking pads have surged in popularity among the work from home crowd in the past few years, and I can see why. They’ll love being able to get steps in throughout the day while working!

Classpass Gift Card

For the friend who lives in a city with access to a multitude of fitness classes, gift them a Classpass gift card! With thousands of classes & appointments to choose from, they can use it to book a class that fits their schedule.

Post Gym Hair Kit – $40

This post gym hair kit is so genius – it includes several bestselling hair products that extend time between washes with no rinsing or washing required. Products remove odor caused by sweat and bacteria and don’t leave powdery residue or buildup. They’ll love knowing that they can bounce back after workouts with great hair and a clean scalp, no shower required.

Lululemon Belt Bag – $48

The re-emergence of belt bags (formerly known as fanny packs) has been a game-changer for everyone, but feels especially useful for gym-goers. The Lululemon belt bag is the most popular one on the market, and they’ll love wearing it to their next workout!

Oura Ring – $269

The Oura Ring is a smart ring that tracks health data that is  summarized into three easy-to-digest scores: readiness, sleep and activity. The data it tracks is comparable to popular devices like the FitBit or Apple Watch, but in much more detail. This is a great splurge for someone who feels strongly about their health and being in tune with their body!

Dagne Dover Medium Carryall Bag – $185

Dagne Dover bags are popular for good reason – the quality is top notch and they’re both stylish and functional. This carryall bag is the perfect hybrid gym and work bag – it has tons of pockets, a crossbody strap, and even comes with a shoe bag so they can keep their shoes separate from their clothes when they’re running from work to the gym.

Equilibria Relief Balm – $45

I’ve heard great things about CBD relief balm, and Equilibria is an amazing woman-owned company that provides a variety of CBD products. This relief balm is perfect for rubbing on sore muscles after a workout!

Bombas Socks 3-Pack – $50

Although I’m not a runner myself, my runner friends have informed me that Bombas socks are the best of the best. I’ve made my stance on socks as gifts clear in previous posts (I’m in favor of it!), so if you’re looking for a gift they’ll definitely use, get them a pack or two of Bombas performance socks. As an added bonus, Bombas donates a pair of socks for every pair purchased, so you’ll know you’re doing some good with this gift too!

Lululemon Running Belt – $38

In a dream world, they wouldn’t need to bring anything with them on a run except maybe their water bottle. But in 2023, they’re going to want their phone at the very least – and that’s where the running belt comes in. They can store their phone, lip balm, and whatever else they’ll appreciate having with them on runs in this running belt without having it interfere with their run!

Pickleball Paddle Set – $90

Pickleball has seen a huge surge in popularity over the past year, and new pickleball courts are popping up in cities left and right. For the friend who views exercising as a social event, gift them this pickleball paddle set – they’ll love the excuse to pick up a new fitness hobby!
